Relic Auction House ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and what choices you have.

The App is currently designed as a single-player offline experience for iPhone.

• It does not require account registration.
• It does not collect personal information for our own servers.
• It does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• It does not sell your personal information.
• It stores gameplay progress and app preferences locally on your device.

2. Information We Handle

The App currently stores the following information locally on your device:

• game progress, including run state and autosave data
• language preference
• theme preference
• sound preference

This information is used only so the App can function properly and restore your game state and preferences.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

At this time, we do not collect or transmit to our servers:

• name
• email address
• phone number
• precise location
• contacts
• photos
• payment information
• health information
• advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data

4. How Data Is Used

• save and restore game progress
• preserve app configuration and display preferences
• support resume and recovery behavior after relaunch

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Because the App currently operates without our own backend service for accounts or telemetry, we do not intentionally share gameplay data with external parties except where necessary to deliver the mobile platform itself, such as Apple distribution services.

6. Third-Party Services

The current version of the App uses iOS platform capabilities and Capacitor runtime components required to run the application shell on iPhone. It does not currently include third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing trackers.

7. Data Retention

Locally stored gameplay and settings data remains on your device until:

• you delete the App
• you remove the app data from your device
• or the data is overwritten through normal in-app usage

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
